This has been the worst experience ever with my taxes in my 25 years of working and filing. They screwed up on my return the IRS took my refunds down that they said I would get and way over charged me to do so. There Customer service is a negative -5 they have had three managers there in the past 3- 4 months. I've called many many times to have no one return calls after I was promised call backs and a resolution. This has been the worst tax experience and I am writing this to try to help others in our area. Do Not Use this outfit- office. Read the other 25 thousand complaints online if you don't believe me. Watch out to ive notoced positive 5 star ratings and its from there managers /owners. To try to make it look like they have a better review than they do.
