Hy-Vee

Bad customer service. Most recently, I was waiting in express checkout for 15 minutes as they were busy. I was one person away from being checked out when another Lane opened up. A dozen people filed over there. I turn back to my Lane to see that the cashier had casually slid the lane closed sign in front of my stuff. I looked up as she stared down scanning the last few items for the customer. She finished up and left without saying a word. So there I was having to go start all over again at the other checkout, which I did not. Left my food and went on with my day. Would have given 1 star but I have family that works there and their meat Dept is bomb
