I love Ignition Fitness. I never thought I would say this but I'm addicted to the gym! Jason and his staff keep me positive, motivated and healthy. I'm losing weight, moving better and most importantly, stronger than I've ever been! The workouts are never the same. Jason is constantly encouraging us to try new things and to better ourselves. I didn't know anything about strength training when I started but Jason and the entire class made me feel welcome and confident. I've experience problems with my back and shoulder since my 20's and Jason is always aware of every member's personal goals and he tailors the classes to suit the individual. Ignition Fitness is a really welcoming gym. I've met a lot of fantastic people working out there. I feel so energized after every work out.
