The owner doesn't have the clients interests in mind. He works for the insurance company, not the consumer. In response to this: " Actually as a Broker for 20+ carriers we work for our clients and not any insurance company. We try our best to help our clients but that does not mean we can force an insurance company to pay more for a total loss vehicle than what the value is at the time of loss. When the repair cost exceeds the value, there is little choice. And when we cannot show evidence of a higher value than what is offered by a carrier, not sure what else can be expected? We have to show a higher value based on real information, not just what we think it is worth. We are sorry this client was unhappy with the result." The insurance company was able to move on price. I didn't call you for help in that area anyway. I asked you to see if you could have them get a hold of me and you asked if I was having any other issues. I said I wasn't satisfied with their offer at which point you began to argue and tell me to take their offer. You didn't ask me anything on what I could provide (which happened to be years of service records, oil changes, any repairs etc., receipts for after market parts that added value to the vehicle). You said it was because of "emotional value." Not only that, but I provided over 20 comparable vehicles back to the insurance company all of which were priced where mine should have been, using the insurance companies terms. Instead you said I should take their offer and then hung up on me. You are a joke.
Owner is only interested in making profit. Lied and said my policy couldn't be renewed. Called another agent who was able to renew the policy in minutes with the same insurance company. Just shows up stay away from this company. Just a waste of time.
