Loved the room, loved the hotel, HATED the parking experience. The night I arrived the valet was slammed so my husband and I decided to self park in one of the many paid lots around the hotel. After checking with the girl at the front desk to make sure we were in one of the hotel approved lots, we parked in one behind the hotel that advertised 24hr parking that we had to download an app and enter all our info to use— which we did. However we were only permitted to stay six hours on the app. Assuming it was an app glitch I woke up at 6am to go downstairs and ask the front desk for help, they said I could park in another lot or valet. I was annoyed but since it wasn’t their fault the app wasn’t working I bundled up and moved my car and brought it around to valet. I waited, and waited and waited but no one showed up despite the sign advertising it as 24hr service. Finally I asked the front desk who was informed no one was available at the moment and to just park out front and leave my keys in exchange for a number. In the end I was so tired I did that even though I didn’t love the idea of leaving my car out there.
The gist of my review is this, if they don’t have good parking options around the hotel that’s fine, but have a killer valet service. I didn’t love getting up at 6am after a late work night to try find a way to park my car. Needs some work on their service from that perspective!
