Edit from previous review. Jill is hands down the worst doctor I have ever met. She is not consistent with anything. When my wife was 36 weeks she stated that my wife was measuring to be 2-3 weeks bigger than normal. And now at 38 weeks she says we are right on track. At 36 weeks she said that my wife's cervix was soft and means baby could be ready really soon. Now at 38 weeks she says it's still hard and not even close. When confronted she said , "well every doctor is different." It's her who did it both times. We went to a different hospital due to false labor and were told my wife was at a two. Today Robinson said it's not even open. What is going on. I understand mistakes/misinterpretations can be made and babies will come when they are ready but as a doctor we need clear information from you. My biggest concern is that as she was getting ready to leave the state for family concerns, she was running behind and didn't take the time to check my wife and see where she's at in her pregnancy. Jill is very unprofessional when it comes to patient care. I've lost track how many times she's asked if we were having a boy or girl and it's been 38 weeks.
She is very knowledgeable in her job there is no question about it. But every time my wife and I go there for baby appointments it seems like she never has enough time. It's always vague answers to our questions or super technical which she won't dumb down for us. We are not doctors and have questions but never satisfied with the answers I get. Oh than than she's smart and knows what she's doing but it's hard being a pair of first time parents with so many questions and concerns.
