Outstanding experience! Freaky fast and they mean it! I was alone today and ate in the store. While I was eating, I observed the operation of the staff on hand and I was really impressed. There were several lulls in the action, with no customers at the counter or waiting for food. But unlike many establishments, the 10 employees on the floor were not standing around chatting, but were busy working at something - every single one of them. Some making sandwiches at the delivery line; some stocking the shelves; some cleaning; but not a single employee sitting idle. And no one person that was obviously giving orders or direction. If they were it was quietly, but it otherwise seemed as though everyone was simply doing what needed to be done, self directed. A well oiled machine. Oh! And a delicious sandwich!
