Terrible customer care here. They wouldn't exchange shirts that ripped after a week of use. Manager tried explaining that new ownership caused that. I have about 30 shirts from jo bank and no longer will buy any of their products. They're junk and the company won't even stand by them.

This place is terrible. My son who is a recent college grad purchased a $1000 suit and had to go back twice to try to have it tailored because it was so ill-fitting. Even after second time it looks terrible. Material is poor and didn't hold up to tailoring. We will never go back to Jos. A Bank in edina and will tell others to avoid it at all costs. Completely unacceptable.
