Leeann Chin

Visited on Wednesday, May16 at 7:33pm with my granddaughter for dinner. The quantity was smaller than any Leeann Chins I have visited. The food was not weighed out and it was cold. The bourbon chicken was burnt, the peking chicken was hard and dried, cream cheese puffs were tough. I purchased a small side of noodles that were more than I ever paid and the emplyee did not even fill it up. The rice was luke warm. When it was time to pay their app was not working and the employees did not know how to use it so I could get my points for my visit. After I paid $16.61 for this meal it will be the last time I ever visit that store. The clerk's did not have name tags on and the customer service on this day was no existent.
