Had my eye exam there. The Doc. was amazing. Customer service was terrible. When I made the appointment I requested a contact fitting. I asked 3 times how much it would be, even had the lady check it with my insurance. I was told $45 dollars. After getting out of the exam I was charged $80 because I got a torc contact lens fitting instead of a standard which consisted of zero additional effort by the staff and no one informed me to the additional charge. .... Talk about a Bait and Switch
I went home angry. Came back the next day to get fitted for Glasses. I was told before I started looking it takes about an hour to make the lenses. After going through the hassle of picking out a frame the sales man told me they only had the material to make special high end anti glare lenses instead of standard anti glare and if I wanted the standard anti glare I would have to wait 7 days . My response ok. from a customer service aspect you should charge me no additional money and give me the better lenses for no additional charge.
His response " that's not how it works, I cant do that".
Mine. Well yes you could, but you wont, and that is terrible customer service. So I took a picture of the frames model number and brand. Walked across the mall and purchased the same glasses for 50$ less. I told them my story and the gave me the anti glare upgrade for no addition cost.
Way to go lenscrafters you lost a sale and got a negative review online. You have no one to blame except for yourselves.
