This was our 2nd stay. Our previous stay was in June and we wanted bro experience it in the winter. It was perfect. It snowed quite a bit before arriving and it was COLD (-4). The lighthouse was warm (radiator heating) and just as welcoming as our first visit. The rooms are a bit spartan compared to a fully modern hotel but this is an authentic historical lighthouse. Three upstairs bedrooms share a common bathroom. There are electric outlets in the rooms (it's not THAT authentic). There are no televisions or wifi in the rooms or the whole lighthouse (there is a radio in the sitting room). Although our bed was very firm I slept fine one I figured out how to turn down the radiator (it was way to warm at first). Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. We will definitely be staying again and highly recommend staying for a quiet and unique experience.
