Massage Envy - Plymouth

Front desk extremely unfriendly. Manager is worse. Can not get an appointment for over 1 year out with good therapist. Want to offer other therapists. They called 15 minutes before a scheduled 2 hour massage to cancel. Refused to provide any reimbursement even though if I had cancelled I would have been charged for it. Stay away from this location.
