I shopped mattress firm over this past weekend and I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. The store manager Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I have to say, I was very standoffish when I first got there, and I thought he just wanted to sell me something (that was in my head before I walked in) but that wasn't the case, he actually cared about my comfort. I ended up buying a Simmons Hybrid mattress and I have been looking forward to going to bed at night every night since I got it a few days ago.
