McDonough’s - St Paul MN Sewer, Water Jetting, and Drain Cleaning

Overall disappointed. The snake broke in our pipes. The had to run to the store multiple times because they didn’t have the proper tools. They replaced a part of our tub with a white instead of off white so it looks awful and it took 4 hours. After all that, when I took my first bath, the tub stopper didn’t work and my tub leaked. Tried to call them all weekend and there was no answering machine and no one answered. The only thing that I approve of is the fact that two guys that came out were nice. They did come back and fix the issues.
