Surprised by these other negative reviews listed when I searched for the Albertville location on google maps recently. My family began going to Metro Dental in Alberville over 3 years ago when we relocated nearby. We have all had very good experiences with both dentists, dental assistants and office workers at this location. Another good sign at this location is there does not seem to be any employee turnover as the faces we see each time are the same.
My personal positive experience I'd like to mention regarding Metro Dental in Albertville has to do with staining on my teeth. Sometime in my early to mid thirties, I began having a problem with staining on my teeth. My brushing and coffee/tea drinking habits had not changed to cause the new staining problems. After one or two cleaning appointments I had a conversation with one of the dental assistants about using electric or sonic toothbrushes. Up to that point I had always simply used a regular manual toothbrush, so I thought why not make the switch to see if it might help with my problem. Within just a few months after the switch to a sonic toothbrush I was already noticing a major difference. Two years later, the staining is still no longer a problem for me.
