Fence looks great and overall I'm glad I went with Midwest. After I signed the contract I was told six-eight weeks for install which was average with other companies I received quotes from. I didn't hear anything and contacted them at the six week mark to find out the actual install date. I went with a six foot privacy fence which requires a two day install, each day roughly a week apart. After the posts were set and after a week I again did not hear from them regarding the second day and had to call to find out when they would come again. After they installed the fence they failed to pay attention to my contract which required the fence to be four inches above grade( required by city code), the fence was instead about an inch above grade, luckily the city didn't make a fuss about it but would be nice if they actually looked at the contract during install. In the end the fence looks great but Midwest needs to work on communication and contract language.
