Though I love the store my experience at the tire center was pretty awful. Got there for 3pm appointment. Two people in front of me, not sure how long they had been there but at 3:30 they were both complete my car was the only car in the shop. It too them another 2 hours to put on four new tires and change my oil. That is by far the longest I've ever waited for these services. Usually my oil changed take thirty minutes and at discount tire across the street they can have you out the door with for new tires in thirty minutes as well. There is no reason this should have taken 2.5 hours work only my car in the shop.
