If I could award them negative stars I would. After submitting fully detailed and accurate drawings and window schedule the customer service guy(TK) proceeded to not only criticize the schedule as being inconsistent but UNbiddable. I have full bids from others with no problems!
It appeared from the context of his one-sided diatribe he tried to scale the elevation views and somehow found them inconsistent with the sizes listed on the schedule(they are not, CAD is accurate to within thousandths of an inch). He told me his engineer told him I MUST have tempered windows in places the building inspector did NOT. I was so upset after this guy called and berated me without letting me even explain or try to understand his concerns my blood pressure must have spiked. What a total jerk.
