MinuteClinic

Arrived at 1:10 and checked in knowing that the lunch break is 1:30-2. I saw that both doors said “patient being seen” with the doors closed. At 1:25, a practitioner came out, didn’t greet me, and changed the door signs to “at lunch” while I saw there wasn’t a patient inside either room being seen. If you’re going to close at 1pm, the hours should be changed so I’m not wasting over an hour with my 4 year old who is sick. Clearly not a “minute” clinic and we will be headed to our pediatrician and won’t be returning.

This isn't a minute clinic...it is a several hour clinic. Poor service from start to finish. Wait tho get in was well over 1.5 hours for a visit...untrained staff...never received lab results...and try tho get them! Wait times over 1 hr on the phone...got thru only to be told i had to be connected for another wait...you cannot call the clinic direct. I never received labs after 2 weeks and ended up going somewhere else and paying twice for what i could have received in 1 visit elsewhere. Would not visit again our recommend this location.
