I called Mork Well in the late afternoon after my pump failed and I had no water. They had a technician out to me in under an hour and he quickly diagnosed the issue as a (mercifully) blown switch... much less cost than I was bracing myself for. He was able to switch the power attachment to the other side and POW! I have water again. He could have charged me for a switch, and I would have never been the wiser, but no. Instead, in order for me to get my money's worth, he charged up the water pressure in the tank and now the shower and faucets work better than ever.
