Nail Spa Eagan

I went to get a simple gel powder removal done - she ended cutting my cuticle, attempted to charge me 5 dollars more for “strengthening nail polish” I never wanted, nails were uneven and the gel polish was not completely off . She got upset because i didn’t pay cash and paid with my card instead and to top it off she wanted a tip too ?! Will not be coming back
