My fiance had a taste for Chinese so I googled the closest to the area we were in and ended up here. By far the best Chinese food we've had in years and found out they deliver! We got to go and was pleasantly surprised by the taste and portionsand the service is great as well. Today was my second time there and my fiance has ordered delivery a couple times since our first visit.
The food was pretty good but they didn't have my order right and it was expensive . I had my order for take out and they didn't have any eating untensils or napkins in my bag
I've ordered delivery a few times with no problem. Tonight was no different. Food arrived when expected and was good. Then about 2 hours later the manager calls me and proceeds to 1. accuse me of not paying for my food (I ordered online and paid with a credit card). 2. then ask me if I signed a receipt from the driver (no, the driver did not offer a receipt to sign). 3. Ask me repeatedly if I paid with cash (why would I when I already paid with a card?) At this point I'm getting annoyed because this guy is not listening to me, which I tell him, "You're not listening to me." He then YELLS into the phone, "RELAX!" And I lose it. After I give him a piece of my mind and telling him his customer service is terrible AND I will not be ordering food from this establishment again he changes his story and says he was telling his driver to relax, and the reason he called was to make sure I wasn't charged twice. If that was really the case he maybe should have lead the conversation with that? Is it common practice to call your customers and berate them over the phone? I saw at least one other Facebook review with a similar experience. Ju Yuan might want to consider getting a new manager.
