Horrible service. Don’t rent here if your life depended on it cuz the management staff is absolutely trash.

Lived at Royal Oaks Apartments in St. Francis and the resident managers were great. The property owner on the other hand is a nickel and diming cheapskate, he charged us $100 out of our security deposit for a black light test which I know couldn't have shown anything. Here's the best part! We had to pay for the whole last month's rent when we were required to be moved out of the apartment by the 25th. That was an extra $175 we had to pay for days that we weren't allowed to be there. We called the property owner and all he could do was keep reciting that the lease stated that we would pay for the full last month. I don't know how he sleeps at night.
