Our experience with Rob has been very positive. Our home was built in 2008 by Rob and his crew. Throughout the process we were kept informed on timelines and progress, so we could make plans for materials and our eventual moving date. The materials Rob selected and the attention to detail in the build were all done with great knowledge and skill. If there was a problem or concern, it was addressed immediately. Had an unbelievable building experience with Rob Irving! There are so many horror stories about builders I was a bit nervous about taking the project of building my own home as a single women. I could not sing the praises this company enough. Rob made sure the process went smooth - always making sure I knew what was happening and when and what I needed to be doing. I had Rob do some dirt work for a new garage, with some tricky grading on a slope going into a large gully, he went above and way beyond my expectations. Well worth the money and knows his way around dirt! Thanks again Rob.
