Rip off & horrible service. Brought dead computer in to diagnose problem and was told it would be $40 to look at the computer. Asked them to call before doing any work. Over a week later no call and no answer to several voicemail. Drove to location to get an update and they had already loaded spyware, cleaners, etc and charged me $129. Computer died 1 week later again and they told me hard drive problem and old computer. WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT TO BEGIN WITH? Their answer : "sorry". WASTE OF $129. NEVER GOING BACK.
