If I could do less than 1 star I would. If you value your time, stay away from this awful shop. I have been into this Pep Boys no less than 4 times for the same repair. First trip was to get the rear struts and sway bar links replaced, along with an alignment. I'm not sure if they forgot to do the alignment, but the vehicle wheel was just as crooked going down the road straight as it was when I brought it in. I brought it in for them to redo(actually do the aligment they charged me for). I thought it was finally right. A week later one of the new sway bar links breaks. I bring it in and they replace it with a higher grade part(on just the side that broke). Another week later, the cheap part on the other side broke. I tried to come back today 6/26 to have another sway bar link replaced. Apparently they don't have anyone that can bolt on a sway bar link because that takes a "master mechanic" and they can't get a part because it is Sunday. Parts store are open on Sundays and I will go get the link and put it on myself. Needless to say, I have have no faith in the repair they've done and won't be going back. I hope corporate Pep Boys reads these reviews. This store needs a lot of work to resemble anything that is functional. I will be filing complaints with various agencies in hopes that they can invoke change that will prevent this from happening to someone else.
