Edited - UPDATED REVIEW We ordered food on a Friday night and it arrived within 40 minutes. The delivery driver showed up wearing slippers and pajama pants (whatever, she looked comfy and was nice). However we received the wrong order and called right away. They asked if we "touched it", which we did because our toddler stole a piece. They said they would call the driver to see if they still had our pizza and not to eat the current one because they would take it back. After 40 minutes (8:15pm) we did not hear back, nor did we receive the correct pizza. We called back and they insisted that we got the right pizza (which we did not considering it had someone else's address on it!!). They eventually conceded to bring us a new pizza. at 9pm we still had not received the correct pizza. We called the store again and they were closed!!! They did not bring a new pizza and didn't even have the decency to call us to let us know. Because we didn't touch the pizza at their request, at 9pm I went out to buy my toddler some dinner after they failed to bring it. I called the following Monday and spoke to the manager Rochelle who apologized for the service and she would have the store owner issue us the $29 refund (pizza/app/tip) for the mistake (reminder: we never ate the pizza and ended up throwing it away when they never came with a new one). She advised it would take 7-10 days. The refund never happened so we just chalked it up to yet another crap experience and said we'd never order from them again. I left a nasty review on their Facebook page a few days after the "promised refund time" had passed (which they deleted) and said that they would give us a full refund within a few days. Of course, that refund was never received. Today in the mail we received an envelope from Pizza Man Chaska. We thought it was going to be the refund! We opened it and they mailed us REJECTED mail coupon from another resident in our town!! What a pitiful excuse for a business and what lousy customer service. Absolutely disgusted. If I could rate this worse than terrible I would.
