Rainbow Midwest - St Cloud

These playsets are nice but are a maintenance nightmare. I bought one two years ago and have had a couple problems with it. The first thing was the canopy faded after about 3-4 months, they sent a replacement out and i got it within a couple weeks but they would not come out to put it on without a trip charge. Now over the winter I've noticed my slide has cracked and a couple misc boards are cracking and I may not get them for 6-8 weeks. With these problems in combination with having to stain it every other year I would say I wish I would have put my money elsewhere.
