R.E. Smith Oil and Tire Co.

The owner is SO rude, doesn't know what he's doing. He towed my truck and instead of using the front tow hooks, the OWNER hooked up underneath and bent the axle. I was at Family Dollar today and he was there and there was a whole line of people and he was not even in line. It got to be my turn at the register and he ran up really quick and said "let me just ring this one thing up real quick so I can get outta here". Does he think he's God or something that he can just skip the line? Everyone else has stuff to do too, not just him. So rude and disrespectful.
