The SALON by InStyle Inside JCPenney

I have been going to Charlie for a couple years now. She's the best!!! Color, cut, wax, she's awesome at all of it!

I took my family of four to the salon for two haircuts and two blowouts with a trim. It ended up taking five hours because Robin had no idea what she was doing. My son's haircut was choppy, crooked and took one hour! My haircut took an hour as well. It was definitely a waste of time and money. I will not be going back again.
