Michael is hands down the best at bleach and tones in Minneapolis. If you want a fantastic hair do without breaking the bank with Aveda, Juut, or Rocco Altobelli, this is your stop. All services are reasonably priced, and they almost always have nail polishes on sale. When my back is well enough to sit in a chair, I will be back.
