Salverda well is a company that is fair and trustworthy. Selling a home is stressful enough, but finding out the well you were told was sealed is not done right and the closing date is coming fast is a recipe for disaster. Thus is what happened to us. We hired another Forest Lake company who showed up three partial days, got their Taper-tap stuck in the well (It cost 5 hours to have Salverda get it out) charged us $8,400 didnt show up again and threatened to file a lien if we didn't pay. It was only a closing deadline that forced us not to fight it. We were lucky to find Salverda who worked non stop, diligently to get it out and sealed who saved us. 12 straight days including weekends two of them worked. These guys were amazing and charged us less than the first company. If one thing didnt work, they tried another, and another. Apparently the well had been sealed wrong so the sealing took a lot of undoing and redoing. Our hat is raised to these guys! Thank you a hundred stars!!
