Sale cards were still up but they wanted to charge me full price. I needed to walk to the area to show manager the sale listing. Back to 1st floor. Cashier rang up items but then said she needed mgrs approval. She called for him twice. No response after well over 5 minutes. Sears, you wasted lots of my time. My 90 yo mother will get her Cannon towels. Sears:. No matter what, you lost a customer permanently!

This store is honestly disgusting. Don't ever go there if you want to have good or decent customer service. If theirs any ways possible to avoid this store, the go to a different sears. The stuff is not in style, it's like i'm stuck in 2007 trends. The young employees are rude and awful, so disrespectful. The don't do anything!! They are on their phones or just putting on clothes or teasing customers. They just act like their going to kill themselves. Horrible and sad how much this store has changed.
