Shepard Road Airport Parking

Very happy with the service you provide. The shuttle Bus arrived before we did and we had the greatest driver names Charles. He was very friendly, loaded/unloaded our luggage and wished us safe travels. I was on the same flight as one of the other shuttle passenger and they were also complementing the service provided by your drive as we were chatting awaiting to depart. Thank you for great service and that you Charles! Very happy with this service!

I've been parking at Shepard Road for quit some time now, and yesterday (08-31-17) was the first time I've ever experienced an issue. Thanks to Albert, I was able to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Great customer service skills, most notably, his attentiveness. Thanks again:)
