Northway Apartments

Great location right next to the comm/tech college right up the road, I was able to walk to class everyday with in fifteen minutes. Not too far from downtown, and the Sauk rapids Coborn's is just across the bridge.If I had to rate this location in care bears I would give it a sunshine bear.

The apartment that I had rented was a very decent place for the price that I had paid. It was near a bus route, heating was paid, and it even had free basic cable. The ugly was that in the time that I had lived there, they removed the free cable that was included in the rent, it took them forever to fix anything that was broken, and after giving me a parking sticker for my vehicle they still towed it, citing that I could buy the sticker anywhere and that my work vehicle was not in their file. A neighbor had been smoking marijuana, and even after several tenants complained I still sometimes smell it in my son's room at night. I would not recommend this apartment complex, because while it seems like a fair deal in the beginning, it soon falls flat.
