St Croix Cleaners

This place is the WORST in the entire US. If you have sweated on your clothing don’t go here because your items will be stretched and destroyed.They are extremely rude and unprofessional. About 3weeks ago I paid $28 for my hat to be cleaned. After 2 weeks my hat came back as a garbage and I waited about a week more to get it redone. When I was back for my hat their behavior was rude and the lady said my hat cleaner had language barrier with me. I never had any language problems in US and even if she had it’s her job to fully explain how she is going to do it. Most importantly my hat is destroyed. The logo is stretched and the some letters’ edge turned into black. My hat looks like a total FAKE. They claimed my hat color and the band is stretched because while they were cleaning, sweat inside my hat has shown up and stretched and changed the color of my hat. I wanted to request full refund of my hat ($345) and he cleaning fee but they didn’t answer. This place is not even worth to spend your penny.
