The staffs here are very unprofessional and don't know how to do their job duties! They cancelled appointments without calling or rescheduling me! The front staff is racist as well! No privacy as to when getting infusion! And one nurse with the bad breathe got mad because I wouldn't let her poke me with the needle in my hand! The nurse got very upset because she didn't know how to find the vain in the crease of my arm and I felt very uncomfortable with that nurse giving me my infusion! The people here are very slow and don't know how to prior authorizatize for the infusion! Called and got transferred three times and the one very unsmart rep/nurse on the phone didn't know how to do her job and asked me who am I and laughed when I gave her my name and said give me your name again and spell it because I don't know who you are! So I did and she said because I don't know who you are I need you to wait on hold (without asking me for any other info) I told her that she didn't need to waste my time because I know she has a computer in front of her and she could find out who I am exactly! She was still chewing her food and said yes I have a computer in front of me I guess and just hung up!!! So I'm going to a different infusion and rheumatology!! The doctor is also weird! He thinks he's a god heeled!
