I came inside to order Monday at 9am. Nobody was in line in front of me and there were 2 or 3 cars in the drive-through. There were 4 or 5 workers. I was able to order immediately, but it took over 5 minutes to get my drink. The workers were spending all their time looking at each other, talking to each other, laughing and NOT working. A little more focus on doing their job and providing a better customer experience would be nice.
