I needed an upgraded phone. My Samsung Galaxy 3 was starting to do weird things like dropping apps and calls were not always getting thru. I went to the Rogers store since the one closest to me said they could not transfer information to a new Samsung Galaxy phone which I knew was untrue. The Rogers store was great. Nick did a great job and all my information got transferred by WiFi so I did not have to reenter contacts etc. I am a very happy customer. Thank you very much.
