What is up with the extremely long lines, and five minutes per car in the drive through lately? Utterly ridiculous

Closed the inside early, and made me sit in the very long drive through. While I was sitting there the employee at the door let other customers in the door all while I had to pee. I am now stuck in a long line, hungry and disappointed.
