Surprisingly never got this survey before, however I believe it was totally meant! I went to visit the Brooklyn Park branch on Brooklyn Blvd during my 30 min break you would think that would be enough time to get in an out ey, but no I sat there over 40 min's seeking to withdraw funds out of my own personal ZEO account with proper identification I was denied my own fund's do you know how unsecured that feel's?? The branch manger Angela if I'm not mistaken did nothing to make matter's better she had a newly employed bank teller come and advise me that if they took down my info they will reach out when I could come back to withdraw fund's... At that point
I became livid in the most peaceful way, I exited the building calling ZEO demanding my fund's be released the representative was so patient an understood where I was coming from yet had to transfer me to someone higher with the power to reach out to this branch with concern on why I was having this issue to begin with. Let's just say I completed my shift with ZEO online a conversation that took over an hour in-order to get things straightened out, after being hung up on by another manager named Conner claiming not to hear the rep whom was on a 3-way call mind you we can't call this branch directly so after all the games I had to continuously explain my issue to multiple tellers or rep's whom couldn't even solve my issue... Talk about frustrated I would never imagine TCF bank to humiliate and deny a customer there own fund's but after experiencing such I no longer feel safe having them as a bank provider. After being in person 40 min's being on the phone over an hour I then entered this same bank after already being humiliated and I was then granted access to MY FUNDS the personal banker asked how much I couldn't believe the question I was hearing, I then emptied my account an will be closing it completely soon. The experience was completely unprofessional and humiliating an I wouldn't allow it to happen again or to anyone I know so if your reading this keep in mind a bank is suppose to keep your money safe and secure, how secure would you be if you were denied your own hardworking fund's?
