DO NOT BANK HERE! Poor customer service! And they don't help you understand anything! It's always about fees and everything they can do to take your money! They charge $37 for going -$5 everyday!? Wth is that about?! Worst bank ever! Doesn't even try to help you resolve any issues! Their phone number takes you to a machine and they won't even allow you to talk to any customer service representative! Or if you're lucky and do reach them (after many, many times of saying "customer service" to the machine, and having it say "I don't understand what you're saying") it will eventually say "Oh, did you want to speak to a customer service representative?" Like What the heck!? Duh! Then they'll say "Oh mam' we can't do anything to help you with it. Our computers are not equipped to waive any fees." Are you freakin' kidding me?! Bs! Closing my account from this scam of a business down ASAP! There are many other banks out there that are more understanding and negotiable! I will not be paying $37 day after day for going only a couple dollars down. This company is a joke! Be smart and don't bank with them! Choose wiser!
