My 2001 Dodge Stratus was having transmission problems and TSI provided me with excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone who is having transmission problems. I checked out some other general car maintenance shops in the area and a lot of them will outsource transmission repairs to other shops and you end up paying a lot more. I found out that a good handful of these shops would outsource transmission repairs to TSI... well, you can just call TSI directly and have them work on it for cheaper.
These guys also have a lot of experience and for fixing transmissions that is critical. The one I talked to had something like 35+ years of experience. This is important for a critical job like a transmission rebuild or replace.
They also gave me a nice warranty on it which is reassuring.
I was very happy with their service and I can tell that these guys really care about the work they do, they have a good reputation to keep after all.
