Poor management seems to be the theme, ceiling leaks and hasn't been fixed, water damaged drywall, out dated appliances, constant drug deal traffic, 1st month we were there our neighbors tire was stolen off his car, sketchy neighborhood, terrible parking arrangements, walls are thin and can always hear neighbor's, laundry rooms are old and outdated not to mention spendy for one load of clothes, old carpet made me have breathing problems, Poor fire safety, the 3 bedroom apartments have one way in and one way out so hopefully there isn't a fire or you will be jumping from the 3rd or 2nd story. I highly suggest renting somewhere else, like not in st cloud. Depending on what kind of person you are a tent in the woods would be nicer then living here. 0 stars.

Do not live here! The apartment managers/owners are very difficult and refuse to properly fix anything. My oven was 100 degrees than it was supposed to be, 2 of my burners didn't work, and our air conditioning didn't even have knobs to adjust the settings. They charge $10 a quarter for carpet cleaning, even though the 3 years I lived there they didn't clean them once. Even when my roommates moved out. The internet is slow, and the bedrooms don't get cooler than 80 degrees in the summer.
