I had been using another irrigation company for about 5 years when I made the change to use Wagner based on referral. I couldn't be happier! The prior company that I used had installed and maintained the irrigation system for the previous homeowners. The employees were great but the owner lacked any sense of customer service. Wagner has been friendly, prompt and responsive to my maintenance needs. They do become busy during the spring and fall seasons, but have always worked to align my needs with their full schedules. Based on the quality work and great customer service, I intend to continue using Wagner for the indefinite future.
