Went inside hoping to be fast, even though the drive thru was empty. One family on front of me, two registers but only one open, with 7 employees standing around. I was waiting 18 minutes from walking in the door to being served by the manager. I asked if he was afraid to open the second register, but didn't get a response. I didn't expect one though, I too would have felt embarrassed by a question like that I suppose. Very disappointed in this store, and will go ahead and drive across the busy road to eat at Burger King.
