Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry

We have been going to Woodbury Pediatric Dentistry for the past 17 years. Have always had great service. Dr. Rick is fantastic! The hygienists that we have had are very good! We always make out appointments 6 months in advance. I called 3 weeks before my sons appointment to reschedule as a conflict had come up. Ann (receptionist) asked when I would prefer a new appointment and I mentioned after school (after 3:00). She said Tuesdays, which happened to be the only day after school that my son can not make it. If I wasn't willing to take an after school on a Tuesday she said that there were no openings for 6 months. She never tried to accommodate us. Lets look at a day off of school? I think that this office is getting too big. Maybe instead of continuing to take on new clients, take care of the ones that you currently have. Very disappointed!
