I just called to ask if I could get some furniture cushions recovered and to my disbelief, he was extremely rude, acting as if I was putting him out, telling me in no uncertain terms that "i am very busy...I couldn't get to them for at least a year!" How can someone who has a business consider that a way of talking to a potential customer? Well, be rest assured that I am not a POTENTIAL CUSTOMER!

I had a recliner that had a damaged frame. It needed to be disassembled to get to the frame. Kevin was very professional and respectful. He took a picture of just the frame and texted it to me after taking the recliner apart and working on it. He even repaired a the recliner's button while working on the frame, something that wasn't even on the repair estimation. He did not add to the overall cost and did it as a bonus! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Xpert Upholstery & Repair, you are the only place I'll take anything to repaired or reupholstered in Rochester, MN.
