Sales rep Dennis is great. He is reasonable.. he is not pushy and he does what he says.. customer service lady I've dealt with, I'll keep my comment to myself.. we love our new windows does we had installed in January.. yes we can probably get the windows cheaper elsewhere but hopefully the windows are worth what we are paying..
