I had my bathtub and surround replaced. My installer was Blake. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. It was a two day project. On the first day he did all the tear-down, pulled the old tub, and got the new one installed. The second day was inspection of the plumbing and then installing the surround and the hardware. I thought he did a great job. What a difference! It's so bright and clean and new looking. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Not only at the end of the project, but at the end of the first day. All the drop cloths were removed, the tools were gathered up and stored in a corner of the bathroom and the floor was swept. Great job, Blake!

We had a tub-to-shower conversion done, turning an old jetted tub into an Onyx standup shower with a glass sliding door. The quality of the work seems good so far; we just had the work done last week. The frustrating part of the process was communication and scheduling. They scheduled us for a 2-day project, then the day before, had to push it back another week and reschedule. The first day was fine, other than it seemed he maybe should've gotten farther (worked on it 8-2:30). The second day they were a no call no show, which didn't sit well with us. It would've been nice to get a call in the morning notifying us they had to delay the project. I called over an hour after they were supposed to show up, they told me they'd find out what's going on, I had to call again after not hearing for another hour, to find out no one was coming. Next day, the work didn't start until mid-day because it was a different person and he wasn't informed of the project status, so he didn't have some materials needed (seemed like it should've been further along the first day). Took 3 days, everything else went well with Tony working on the project, and they gave us a bit of a discount for the way the process went. 3 Stars.
